  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cooking instructions

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until it browns and smells nutty, about 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and cook 8 minutes or until the liquid releases. Add the Worcestershire sauce and cook until evaporated.
