Lemon Chicken Is Creamy And Delicious!
My son seems unable to identify any meat served to him. I can serve him pork and he’ll tell me the chicken tastes great. If I serve him a steak, he’ll tell me this pork is perfect. If I serve him chicken, he comments on how good the pork tastes. Much to my dismay, his culinary tastes buds seem to be lacking, I find it quite baffling.
Whether I am making Pork Parmesan Recipe for a weeknight meal or for special occasions, this Greek-style Lamb Chops Recipe, meat is a huge part of our diets. We are a family of omnivores for sure. This is exactly why a Moinkbox is perfect for our family!
What is Moink you ask? Moink is a delivery service that will provide you with a box filled with humanely raised proteins of your choosing. You select the frequency of your delivery and you can customize your box for your family. You pick the combination of 13-16 pound of grass-fed & finished beef & lamb, pastured pork & chicken as well as wild-caught Alaskan salmon. The meats contain absolutely no antibiotics, growth hormones, nitrates, added sugars, GMO grains, colors or solutions. All are ethically sourced, raised on family farms, and they taste so fresh and good!
For my first box, I chose a mix of chicken, lamb, and beef. My box was filled with a few packages of ground meat and bone in meats that could be used everyday meals as well as special occasions. I will probably save the lamb for Greek Easter, which is just around the corner, but I knew the chicken would be perfect for a simple weeknight family dinner.
About Herbed Creamy Lemon Chicken
I used chicken breast as well as chicken thighs for this lemon chicken recipe. Each piece of chicken is coated with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper and cooked until brown. Then I made super easy and creamy lemon sauce to go with my herb-flavored chicken. The sauce is silky and smooth and the chicken is tender, plump and the quality shines through. The chicken was tasted so good, it actually tasted like chicken. What I mean by that is, this is the first time my son said: “mom, this chicken tastes amazing”. I’m so proud, his taste buds are finally coming around!
