Green Goddess Dressing

Packed with herbs and tangy lemon juice, this bright dressing will add a punch of flavor to so many dishes. It’s great on salads; brushed on chicken, pork, or seafood during grilling; and awesome as the condiment for our Lamb Meatball Bowls.

  • Makes about 1 1/3 cups
  • Total time 10 minutes


  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground pepper

Cooking instructions

  1. In a food processor with the motor running, drop the garlic cloves through the food chute and process until minced.
  2. Remove the lid and add the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Great with lamb of course, but really, this goes with everything!
